BEWDLEY bridge has closed due to flooding, highways bosses have announced.
The bridge and Beales Corner have both been closed due to flooding today (Tuesday January 2) after heavy rain battered the UK.
Worcs County Council Highways & Travel tweeted at 4.06pm: "Beale's Corner, Bewdley (and Bewdley Bridge) now CLOSED both ways to vehicular traffic due to flooding.
Beale's Corner, Bewdley is now closed both ways to all traffic - pedestrian/cycle access available via Pewterer's Alley; vehicles please use Bewdley Bypass pic.twitter.com/gBWI9Q17E3

Worcs County Council Highways & Travel said: "Beale's Corner, Bewdley is now closed both ways to all traffic - pedestrian/cycle access available via Pewterer's Alley; vehicles please use Bewdley Bypass."
