Still time to apply to be Stourport carnival queen

THERE is still time to get your application in to become this year’s Stourport Carnival court.

The queen, princess and rosebud will be chosen at Stourport Workmen’s Club, Lickhill Road, on Sunday, June 8. The carnival takes place on Saturday, September 6.

Applicants for queen must be between the ages of 16 and 25 on the day of the carnival.

The princess must be aged 10 to 15 and organisers are looking for a rosebud aged five to nine.
