CHARD Vera Annie Lydia Aged 96 years Passed away at home on 18th September She will be sadly missed by family and friends Funeral service will be held at St Bartholomews Church on Monday 10th October at 10.00am. followed by Committal at Wyre Forest Crematorium Family flowers only. However if desired donations are to St Mungos (Homelessness), Macmillan Nurses and Mind All enquiries are to Co-operative Funeralcare, Bridge Street, Stourport 01299 826198
