LEWIS Patricia Jean 'Pat' Nee Charles Passed away at her home on April 13th 2017 aged 84 years. She will be very sadly missed by her devoted partner Brian, son Colin, grandchildren Jason, Dean and Adam and all her loving family and many friends. The funeral service will be at St Peter's Church, Cookley on Thursday May 4th 2017 at 11.00am.
