BRADLEY Tony Passed away suddenly on April 25th 2012 aged 63 years. A much loved husband, dad and grandad who will be sadly missed and in our hearts forever. Funeral to take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Thursday May 10th 2012 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations to the British Heart Foundation c/o the family.
