A SHADOW minister visited Kidderminster yesterday to boost his party’s campaign in the area.
John Spellar was at Kidderminster Town Hall yesterday (Monday, April 14) to meet Labour’s Wyre Forest parliamentary candidate Dr Matt Lamb and other party activists.
The Shadow Minister for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, who has been an MP for Warley since 1992, later visited Bromsgrove and Droitwich to meet supporters there.
Dr Lamb said: “We were delighted to be joined here by John Spellar, a highly respected Labour Member of Parliament.
“Having such support from a senior member of the party is another boost to the Labour campaign in Wyre Forest.”
