BARRATT Homes West Midlands has joined forces with removal company House to Home, offering homebuyers free removals when they buy their new Barratt home in Worcestershire with the popular Part Exchange moving scheme.

Barratt customers who buy using the scheme will be eligible to use the House to Home Barratt branded removal van for free, if the sale of the house is complete by the end of June 2014, eliminating some of the stresses and financial issues that come with organising a big move.

Andy Handslip, General Manager at House to Home said: “We have been working with new homes for 12 years now and we’re really excited to continue our long standing partnership with Barratt Homes. We’ll be there to pack and unpack belongings and take care of the entire removals process along with Barratt Homes, offering an almost stress free move.”

Graydon Worthing, Sales Director for Barratt Homes West Midlands, commented: “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with House to Home and are hopeful our homebuyers see and make use of its benefits. Part Exchange is one of our most popular schemes and can really make a home move happen quickly and easily. “It’s simple, if you dream of moving up to a bigger, better home then get in touch. If your property qualifies we’ll make you a fair offer and buy it from you, leaving you free to move into one of our brand new homes”.

With Part Exchange the company arranges for the customer’s existing property to be inspected by two independent valuers and makes a fair offer based on the average of the two valuations. All the purchaser needs to do is agree with the valuation and reserve their new Barratt home.

Plus, Barratt Homes is effectively a cash buyer, so there is no chance of a chain falling through and purchasers can concentrate on enjoying their new home.

Barratt Homes West Midlands currently has properties available at Gladstone Place, Belbroughton Road, Blakedown and Goodwin Park, Stoney Lane, Kidderminster.
