Miller Homes has again demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction by retaining its five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Reflecting the leading housebuilder’s commitment to quality, innovation and care throughout the entire customer journey, Miller Homes has now held this prestigious rating for three consecutive years.

Miller Homes has implemented several changes in recent months in a bid to further enrich the customer experience. This includes a revamp of the entire customer journey, from the customer journey plot book through to its innovative personalised customer journey portal, mymillerhome.com; new-look sales centres encompassing state-of-the-art technology; and updated brochures, signage and advertising.
