A local high school has received a model of a nearby housing development in Stourport.

Housebuilder Barratt Homes West Midlands donated the site model of its sought-after Waters Edge development to the nearby Stourport High School and Sixth Form as there are only three apartments remaining for sale.

The model is a scaled down replica of Waters Edge which includes everything from the homes to the canal basin, roads and even model people, making it ideal for students learning about construction.

Mrs Middleton, from the high school, said: “We’re delighted with the site model from Waters Edge – it looks really impressive and makes a welcome addition to the materials we have for teaching students about housing.”

The models can be a highly valuable educational tool for local schools or clubs as they can be used to help teach students about fire or road safety to housing in the UK.

Andrea Shotbolt, Senior Sales Manager for Barratt West Midlands, commented:“We are pleased Stourport High School offered a new home to our Waters Edge development model.

“At Waters Edge we have just three, two-bedroom apartments remaining. We urge anyone interested in buying a new apartment at a waterside location to contact us today.”

Waters Edge offers two bedroom apartments priced from £149,950 to £159,950. For more information, please contact Sales Adviser Joe Sutton on 07825 113 690 to arrange a viewing.
