House hunters across the West Midlands are falling in love with new properties as Miller Homes reveals a strong start to 2016.

The first few weeks of the year have seen a 20 per cent increase in people visiting developments in the region and Miller Homes is predicting this will continue throughout the coming months.

Alastair Parsons, sales director at Miller Homes Midlands, said it showcases the love affair buyers are having with the new property market.

He said: “The region has had a very good start to the year with visitor numbers on the up at all our developments. We are also taking a higher volume of early bird reservations with house hunters keen to buy off plan and help to shape their dream home.

“We have just one property remaining at our Arden Fields development in Knowle so house hunters need to more quick to secure one of the last few homes there.

“At our Sutherlands development in Telford, we have seen lots of visitors over the last few weeks and they are a real mix of those taking their first step on the property ladder to those wanting to part exchange or downsize. I think this proves Miller Homes can offer a property for most tastes and budgets.”

Miller Homes is also planning to build seven new developments in 2016 with four sites earmarked for the West of the region in Staffordshire and Warwickshire.

Alastair added: “We always ensure we select great locations for our developments, building quality homes and doing our utmost to make the house buying process as smooth as possible for our customers.

“The latest figures for January show impressive sales numbers and we hope this continues throughout the year. I’m certain we will be welcoming many more happy Miller Homes customers through our doors in the months ahead.”
