Arable land sells for £10,670 per acre

Brightwells Auctioneers sold 17.45 acres of arable accommodation land off Porchbrook Road, Rock, Kidderminster, at a public auction on Thursday, April 12 at Hundred House Hotel.
After spirited bids from four different bidders the land went to a local farmer for £185,000, equating to £10,670 per acre.
James McIntyre, the auctioneer, said: “We had a pleasing level of interest which was reflected on the night”.
