MOVIE buffs are invited to Kidderminster Library to join members of Wyre Forest Film Club for their new series of Tuesday night movies.
Film fans will be drawn into the world of a criminal psychopath, when Robert Succo is shown on Tuesday. The movie, based on evidence from Robert's victims and eyewitnesses, is a compelling study of an unglamorous villain.
Gripping Noir thriller, Where The Sidewalk Ends, will be played the following Tuesday, March 18.
Starring Dana Andrews and Gene Tierney, it tells the tale of a cop who breaks the rules.
A story about the disappearance of a Moroccan politician will be told in the French film, I Saw Ben Barka Get Killed on April 1.
It is a stylish political thriller, directed by Said Smihi, which re-visits one of France's political scandals.
On April 8, three short films, all set on the same train heading for Rome, will hit the screen.
Tickets is directed by three people who compare and contrast the effects of wealth and privilege on people travelling the same journey for different reasons. Ivan's Childhood will be shown at the library on April 15, followed by Famiglia Rodante on April 22.
The season will end with BAFTA-award winning This Is England, on April 29. This moving story of a lonely, fatherless boy who gets sucked into the skinhead movement of the 1980s was directed by Shane Meadows.
