THE new season of lunchtime organ recitals kicks off at Kidderminster Town Hall today.

Town Hall organist, Timothy Morris, who is also organist and choirmaster at St George's Church in the town, will be entertaining music lovers between 1.10pm and 2pm.

Mr Morris studied the organ at Bromsgrove School and has played with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Wyre Forest Symphony Orchestra.

In 1980 he was appointed organist to Wyre Forest District Council and is actively involved in the promotion of music in worship.

There is a cost to attend.
