IF you're looking to spend your holidays in the wonderful West Country, cottage specialists, Helpful Holidays, offer a choice of more than 600 places to stay in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire.
Properties, which sleep from two to 70 guests, are priced from £131 to £7,875 per week.
Some of the houses are exceptionally plush, others more modest.
Around 100 have use of heated indoor or outdoor swimming pools, while some have private moorings or fishing rights.
Others are on friendly farms and many have far-ranging views across stunning countryside or out to sea.
Over half welcome pets, many making no extra charge and others welcoming two at a time.
With more than 80 places sleeping ten plus, the company has a reputation for offering large properties, many can provide catering and maid service too.
Guests can choose from historic manors and ancient farmhouses hidden on country estates, or stylish renovations just ambling distance of sandy beaches with sea views.
New this year are videos of the most outstanding big properties which can be viewed online via the website.
Holidaymakers can take a look around the houses before they book, helping them to choose the place that is right for them. All properties are inspected by staff so they can advise holidaymakers honestly and with first hand experience.
They are also star graded by the agency with 17 carrying a top five star rating and 43 with four and a half stars.
Holidaymakers can look and book online via the website where a new section, My Helpful Holidays', can manage their booking through a password protected account from paying the deposit and balance online to viewing and printing a map with directions to their chosen property.
