PHOTOGRAPHS of 1960s music giants who performed at a hugely popular Kidderminster venue have now gone on display.

An exhibition featuring shots of groups including Fleetwood Mac and Fairport Convention, who played at the now legendary Frank Freeman Dancing Club during the swinging sixties.

People are being given the rare opportunity to see the images, taken by Kidderminster photographer Colin Hill who is exhibiting them again for the first time in almost a decade.

The exhibition opened at Kidderminster Library on August 2 and will fun until August 31 as part of Kidderminster Arts Festival.

Mr Hill said he will donate 50 per cent of sales of any of his photographs to support Kidderminster concert promoter John Combe's ambition to raise funds to create a sculpture to celebrate Frank and Wyn Freeman. Mr Combe passed away earlier this year.
