GRAPPLE fans will be in for a treat this weekend at a wrestling bash in Kidderminster.
A host of local stars will take to the squared circle as part of HCW Wrestling’s ‘Night of Champions’ event at Gilt Edge Club on Saturday, November 4.
Among those battling it out with be Kidderminster’s own Honky Tonk Tommy (aka Tom Farley) who will team up with The Foxcatcher (David Clarke) from Stourport. They will take on established tag team Lewis Blain from Bath and Cannock heavyweight Dan Striker.
Popular Wyre Forest grappler Jonny Rose will be defending his title belt against The Masked Assassin.
Light Heavyweight champion Nick Flag (otherwise known as carpet factory worker Matt Stephenson) puts his title up against American Cruel Connection while Wilden’s country boy Cousin Dave tangles with 30 stone Damian Shaw.
The action starts at 8pm and entry costs £5 for adults and £3 for children.
