KIDDERMINSTER Art Society has opened their annual exhibition at the town's library.
The society's exhibition will run in Kidderminster Library's gallery until Saturday, December 2.
The exhibition showcases a selection of work from 27 members and covers a wide variety of styles and media, from oils and acrylics, ink and collage to pencils and watercolour.
Karen Harmon, committee member said: "The exhibition got off to a great start with the first painting being sold before we had even finished hanging all the pictures!
"I have been a member for about five years and have really enjoyed the varied programme of demonstrations and events the society hold every year. I have met so many lovely people through the society and benefitted from sharing ideas and techniques."
Kidderminster Art Society is now in its 86th year and has a long history of exhibiting at the library and other Worcestershire venues.
The society meet on Thursday evenings at 7.15pm at Trimpley Village Hall. Non-members are welcome.
