THE first concert of the season for Bewdley Choral Society will take place this Saturday (November 14).
Rossini - Petite Messe Solennelle is being performed by the group under the baton of musical director Alastair Elliott, who suggested this engaging work scored for harmonium and piano with soloists and choir at St Anne;s Church, in Bewdley, from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £10 on the door, and includes a glass of wine.
The season will continue on December 12 with Christmas with Bewdley Choral Society when a programme of Christmas music for all the family will be presented.
