THE Kidderminster Valentines will be joined by the Worcester Male Voice Choir for their annual Valentine Concert.

This will be the first time the two choirs have sung together in their own joint concert and the evening promises to be filled with a wonderfully varied, exciting and entertaining programme.

Worcester Male Voice Choir was formed in 1987 - a year before the Kidderminster Valentines. Both choirs still have founding members singing for them.

Kidderminster Valentines will include in their programme the very lively 'Trolley Song', the lilting Japanese 'Murasame' and the emotive Italian 'Nella Fantasia'. The choir will also be singing two new songs from their repertoire as well as many old favourites.

Worcester Male Voice Choir will also have a very exciting programme which will include 'Little Innocent Lamb' and 'What Would I Do Without My Music?'.

The Valentine Concert will be held at Kidderminster Town Hall, on Saturday, February 13, from 7.30pm, and will support Kemp Hospice.

Roads leading to the Town Hall will be open on the night and access will be from the front of the hall.

Tickets are priced at £10 and £12 and are available from Kidderminster Town Hall, John Beards in Bridge Street, or by calling Judy Morris on 01562 751753.
