Wednesday saw the debut of the BBC’s new, thoroughly modern, cop drama Cuffs. Fans were pleased to see Ashley Walters back on their screens, and any extra Amanda Abbington is always a bonus.
But viewers weren’t all sold on the Brighton-based drama and its gritty police plot lines. Here are how people reacted on Twitter.
1. People were hopeful – there’s been a gap in the cop show market since 2010 after all
