THE festive offering at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre will be the world premiere of a fresh new adaptation of a much loved children’s classic.
Ella Hickson’s Wendy & Peter Pan, which will take a new look at JM Barrie’s all time favourite, has now been fully cast and will be opening for previews early in December.
Directed by Jonathan Munby, this family winter show will open in Stratford-upon-Avon on December 10 and run through until March 2, 2014.
Fiona Button will play Wendy with Sam Swann takes the role of Peter Pan, while Charlotte Mills is Tink and Guy Henry, who returns to the RSC after 10 years, is to play Peter’s nemesis, Captain Hook.
