A STAGE production of 'Visitors' by Barney Norris comes to the Rose Theatre next week.
The Nonentities Society are bringing the award-winning play to the Rose Studio Theatre between Monday, October 31, and Saturday, November 5.
A spokesman for the society said: "Arthur and Edie live on their quiet farmhouse in 'the back of beyond'.
"Edie has dementia and Arthur is getting older; their son Stephen is concerned about how they will manage. No one ever really calls to see them including Stephen until the day we meet them awaiting the arrival of an odd looking live-in carer, Kate.
"They now have visitors.
"While Kate develops a close and meaningful relationship with Edie and Arthur, Stephen, who possesses an unenviable ability to make the wrong choices in life, sees his own life unravel.
"This is not a play about dementia - this is a play about relationships."
