A BLAKEDOWN theatre group will be taking to the stage in a charity production of Sleeping Beauty which starts its run tonight (Thursday, December 7). 

Theatre 282's pantomime is running at Blakedown Parish Rooms until Saturday (December 9).

Evening performances start at 7.30pm and tickets for the Saturday matinee show have sold out.

The fun-filled show, which will raise funds for Kidderminster-based Kemp Hospice, promises laughter for all the family as Prince Valiant battles the wicked fairy Zelda Blackadder to try and save the beautiful Princess Aurora.
