A RIOTOUS comic farce will be lighting up a Kidderminster theatre when it opens for a week long residency next week.
‘No Sex Please’ will be performed by the Nonentities at the Rose Theatre from Monday (January 29) until Saturday, February 3 at 7.30pm.
The play is about an assistant bank manager Peter Hunter – who will be played by Callum Morris – who lives in a flat above the bank with his new bride Frances.
When Frances innocently sends a mail order off for some Scandinavian Glassware; what comes back is Scandinavian pornography.
The two, along with the bank's frantic chief cashier Brian Runnicles, must decide what to do with the veritable floods of pornography, photographs, books, films and eventually girls that threaten to engulf this happy couple.
Peter's boss, Peter’s snobbish mother, and a prim, respectable bank inspector become inextricably entangled in the hilarious and manic events that follow.
Tickets are priced at £10 to £13. Contact Box Office 01562 743745 or on line at www.rosetheatre.co.uk
