Kidderminster East neighbourhood policing team
- Inspector Edd Williams
Inspector Edd Williams is responsible for Local Policing in Wyre Forest. He has been in the post since August 2014. He joined West Mercia Police in November 2002 and has previously worked in Hereford and South Worcester as an Inspector and Sergeant working on a patrol team, in Safer Neighbourhood teams and on the Integrated Offender Management Unit.
He enjoys working with our partners and leading a team of motivated staff tackling local problems, striving to provide a better service to our communities.
- Sergeant Neil Jarvis
Neil joined West Mercia Police in 1990, working in a variety of roles and departments based at Kidderminster. In 2004, he was promoted to Sergeant where he worked in both Bromsgrove and Redditch. In 2006, Neil joined the Safer Neighbourhood Team for the Wyre Forest and currently supervises the teams working in Broadwaters, Greenhill, Kidderminster East and Kidderminster North.
- Police Constable Sarah Brooks
Sarah joined West Mercia Police in 2004 and following her two year probationary period spent on Response at Kidderminster, Sarah moved into Local Policing, initially as a beat officer and later went on to become the Local Police Officer for the Comberton and Offmore Ward.
Sarah is now the Safer Neighbourhood Officer for The Kidderminster East Safer Neighbourhood Team.
- Police Community Support Officer Niall Ryland
After doing a degree down in Plymouth, Niall came back to Kidderminster where he had been in the job working in local policing for almost eight years. During that time, he largely worked within the same areas on the east side of Kidderminster, getting to know those parts of Wyre Forest very well.
- Police Community Support Officer Rebecca Ruston
Rebecca joined West Mercia Police in October 2014 and is currently working on the Kidderminster East Safer Neighbourhood Team. She can be seen on patrol in Offmore, Comberton, Aggborough and Spennells as well as the rural areas so feel free to stop her for a chat or to discuss any concerns.
