Decision delayed on plant

WORCESTERSHIRE County Council has delayed a decision to decide whether an incinerator for Hartlebury would be affordable.
Cabinet members were due to decide on the item at a meeting on November 8 but it has been put back until Thursday, December 13.
A county council spokeswoman said: “The item has been moved on to December’s cabinet agenda. This is as we are still in negotiations with contractors."
