Kidderminster firm stars as it earns its stripes Stateside

A KIDDERMINSTER boat-building firm has enjoyed success Stateside in Florida.
At the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, Sealine collected the award for Best Imported Motor Yacht in the 40 to 50ft category, for its innovative SC42i Sports Coupe.
The company was chosen for the award by the marine editors from the Active Interest Media Group. It was presented at the inaugural AIM marine industry dinner held during the show.
Bill Griffiths, managing director of Sealine International, said ” It is very gratifying to be given this award by the editors of the marine publications.
“It is a tremendous accolade for our new Sports Coupe, which has been exceptionally well received in the US since its debut in July this year.
“We are delighted to be back in the US and have had fantastic feedback on the new models we have brought into this important market by both customers and prospective dealers alike.”
Sealine Yachts America recently completed a series of boat shows encompassing Newport, Norwalk, Annapolis and Fort Lauderdale, showcasing its new models.
