Stourport care home offering free legal advice

A CARE home in Stourport is holding a free seminar for the elderly and their families to help them prepare for the future.
Ravenhurst Care Home, in Lickhill Road North, will hold the event on Wednesday which will give advice and support about care fees and lasting power of Attorney.
Legal experts will be on hand to answer questions.
Anastasia Meredith, the home’s manager, said: “Nobody likes to think that one day they may need someone else to care for them or make decisions on their behalf, but the reality is that it is better to be well informed and prepared should that time ever come.”
Refreshments will be provided at the event which will take place between 6.30pm to 8pm.
People will also have an opportunity to have a look around the home and meet its residents and staff.
