SOLICITORS in Wyre Forest raised nearly £7,000 for Kemp Hospice in their second Make a Will Week.
Eight solicitors firms encouraged their employees to give their free time to updating and writing wills for people in return for a donation to Kemp Hospice.
Last year’s Make a Will Week raised £6,681 including gift aid where the Government matched 28 per cent of the donation.
A presentation event was held at the hospice to thank participating firms and launch this year’s event.
Make a Will Week will run from May 20 to May 24 for anyone looking to make a new will or revise an old one.
Legal firms offering the services are Amba Legal Services, DWT Legal, Marion Evans Solicitors, Norris and Miles Solicitors, Painters Solicitors, QualitySolicitors Lumsdons, QualitySolicitors Talbots and Thursfields Solicitors.
Participating solicitors can be contacted during this week for people to make an appointment and help support Kemp.
