Energy advice surgery in Kidderminster

RESIDENTS can get energy tips at an advice surgery in Kidderminster.

Environmental charity Act on Energy will be at the Worcestershire Hub in Kidderminster Town Hall between 10am and 1pm on Thursday.

The surgery is aimed at helping people with their energy related queries and residents can get tips on reducing bills, heating and advice on insulation grants.

Conservative Anne Hingley, Wyre Forest District Council’s cabinet member with responsibility for place-shaping, said: “Keeping our homes warm but reducing our bills by making our homes energy efficient will lead to a sustainable society.

“Act on Energy will help the public with any energy queries to help them live their lives stress free and sustainably.”

People can get further information about the event by contacting 01789 842898 or visiting actonenergy.com.

No alternative time? A conservative agenda? Those without IT access will not see this notice before Thursday. A working person or one that has already planned their time will miss out as well.
Is this to save on lighting or just a cosmetic exercise?
