DESIGNER clothing and electrical items were among belongings stolen during two burglaries and an attempted burglary in Bewdley.
Thieves broke into a home in Winbrook between 6.45am and 6.30pm yesterday and stole several hundred pounds worth of designer aftershave as well as Lacoste trainers, clothing and a holdall, a North Face fleece coat and a pair of Oakley sunglasses.
Electrical items stolen included a black Bose surround-sound system, a Toshiba laptop, a PlayStation 3 with controllers and games and an Apple iPhone 4.
Jewellery including a gentleman’s chain with a Birmingham City emblem and a men’s Tiffany and Co platinum bracelet were also stolen in the burglary as well as a quantity of cash.
A daytime burglary also took place in Wyre Hill, between 10.15am last Thursday and 4pm on Saturday, while the owners were away.
Thieves stole two money boxes containing cash and caused about £200 worth of damage.
An attempted burglary took place on Saturday between 6pm and midnight at a home in Ellesmere Drive.
Thieves damaged the lock on a rear door but were unable to get into the property and left empty-handed.
Investigating officer, PC Adrian Bartlett, said: "We are eager to hear from anyone who remembers seeing suspicious activity around these areas, especially any cars parked in unusual circumstances.
"We would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered designer clothing or aftershave for sale. If you are unsure of its origin then please call us straight away."
Witnesses or anyone with information about the burglaries should contact PC Bartlett on 101, quoting incident 527-S-040213, or ring Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
