The scene of the accident in Kidderminster.
THIS is the scene of the accident in which a six-year-old girl died after falling into a canal in Kidderminster.
The area, in Springfield Park, has been cordoned off by police following the tragedy, which happened at 6.20pm yesterday.
The girl was pronounced dead a short time after arriving at Birmingham Children's Hospital.
