KIDDERMINSTER Harriers Ladies recorded their biggest win of the season with a 5-0 home win over fifth placed Solihull in the West Midlands Regional Women's Football League.

Burlish Olympic showed more signs of improvement - despite losing 4-2 at home to Worcester in West Midlands Regional Women's Football League Division One South.

After going 3-0 down in 12 minutes they fought back with strikes from Francesca Hocking and Steph Savvas to make a game of it, only to be undone by another goal.

Jill Turner was the star player.

"There was a massive improvement," said boss Dave Glass. "I think a win for us is jusrt around the corner, whereas a few weeks ago I couldn't see where a win would come from."

Burlish, who host Birmingham on Sunday, are still on the lookout for new players. Contact Dave on 07941 157730 for more details.
