Kidderminster restaurant to hold family fun weekend

A KIDDERMINSTER restaurant is holding a family fun weekend as part of a regional campaign to raise £50,000 for the Rainbow Trust children’s charity.
Frankie and Benny’s, in Weavers Wharf, has already raised £779 and hopes to hit £1,000.
The branch will be holding a raffle with prizes including an Xbox and games and Kidderminster Harriers signed merchandise.
Budding poets will also be able to enter the children’s poetry competition organised by the charity which costs £2 to enter.
Rainbow Trust provides emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.
It is the chosen regional charity for Frankie and Benny’s and the chain has set of target of £50,000.
The events will be held throughout bank holiday weekend starting tomorrow until Monday.
