Energy-saving advice sessions to resume in Kidderminster

ENERGY-efficiency tips will be available during an advice session in Kidderminster.
Act on Energy provides a range of advice to Wyre Forest residents, including about loft and cavity wall insulation, central heating and boilers, how to reduce bills but still keep warm, condensation control, billing issues and renewable technology.
The average number of people who attended the previous sessions was between 25 and 30. The sessions are held in next to the main reception of the Worcestershire Hub at Kidderminster Town Hall.
The next advice session will be on Thursday between 11am and 1pm.
Conservative councillor Anne Hingley, Wyre Forest District Council’s cabinet member for place-shaping, said: “Finding out ways to save energy is vital in creating a sustainable planet and a healthy economy.
“Act on Energy offer advice on how to save money off your energy bills, which can help towards your dream holiday, a new car or whatever else you’re saving for. Pop down to the Hub on September 19 to find out more.”
