Plans for 31 new homes near Harriers football ground lodged
PLANS which could see 31 homes built at a former industrial site next to Kidderminster Harriers’ Aggborough football stadium have been lodged.
UK Construction Ltd and Wyre Forest Community Housing want to demolish unused buildings - which previously housed a tyre and exhaust firm - at the site off Stadium Close.
The redevelopment would see 12 one-bedroom apartments, 12 two-bedroom houses and seven three-bedroom houses, all with off-road parking, built, with access from Ray Mercer Way.
An application has been submitted to Wyre Forest District Council, which is consulting on the plans until October and it could go before the authority’s planning committee in November for a decision.
