Coffee and cake for Macmillan in Wyre Forest

COFFEE and cake will be the order of the day in Wyre Forest to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Individuals, businesses and organisations are taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning in a bid to help the charity meet its £15 million national target.
Wharton Park Golf and Country Club in Bewdley will be holding an event in its restaurant overlooking the golf course tomorrow. There will be cake for sale and trade stands to browse from 11am to 2pm.
Grand Prix Motors, in Mill Street, in Kidderminster will be offering coffee, homemade cake and squash on Saturday from 10am to 1pm, hosted by owner Sue Worton.
There will be items for sale made by residents, a raffle, coffee and cake at Casa-Mia Care Home in Far Forest both tomorrow and Saturday from 10am to noon.
A coffee morning will be held in the back gardens of 14 and 16 Sandicliffe Close, in Marlpool Gardens, KIdderminster on Saturday. Hostess Kathryn Iliffe will be selling homemade cakes, scones, pies, tea, coffee and chocolate from 10am to 1pm.
Anne and Jim Wilkinson will be holding a coffee morning in their home, at 15 Domar Road, in Kidderminster tomorrow from 10am to 2pm. For more information call the couple on 01562 746750.
Wyre Forest Nightstop and Kidderminster and District Youth Trust will be holding their coffee morning tomorrow at Youth House, in Bromsgrove Street from 11am to 2pm.
Wyre Forest MP Mark Garnier will be supporting the youth trust’s event.
