SLEIGH bells will ring across Kidderminster and Stourport as Father Christmas spreads his festive cheer on a tour of the towns.

The annual ride is organised by the Kidderminster and District Lions, raises thousands of pounds for local and national good causes and starts tomorrow.

Santa and his reindeer will continue to visit neighbourhoods in the two towns until Sunday, December 22. All weekday tours take place from 7pm until 9pm.

The first stop, tomorrow, will be at the Land Oak pub and Greenhill, Kidderminster, before moving on Stourport where he will visit Bewdley Road next Monday and Lickhill Road North on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Santa will return to Kidderminster at Ferndale and on Friday he will be in Sutton Park.

He will collect money in Stourport on Sunday, December 15 - at Longboat Lane between 4pm and 6pm and Windermere Way from 6pm until 8pm.

He will be back in Kidderminster the next day in the Marlpool area, then Offmore Farm on Tuesday, December 17, Habberley on Wednesday, December 18, Hoobrook on Thursday, December 19 and Mason Road on Friday, December 20.

Father Christmas will complete his journey on Sunday, December 22, in Stourport, at the Walshes from 4pm until 6pm and Areley Kings from 6pm until 8pm.

Along the way, Santa will be making special appearances at Broadwaters Christmas market on Saturday, December 7 and Sainsbury’s, Carpet Trades Way, on Sunday, December 8.

He will also be at Weavers Wharf on Saturday, December 14 and Morrisons, Green Street, on Saturday, December 21.
