YOUNGSTERS from a Stourport primary school spread some festive cheer when they sang for residents of a care home.
About 20 pupils aged seven to nine from Lickhill Primary School visited Ravenhurst Residential Care Home to treat residents to a special festive performance.
Activities leader at Ravenhurst Carla Siwicki said: "We loved having the children from Lickhill Primary School visit our home, the residents thoroughly enjoyed listening to them sing their carols.”
After the performance, the children stayed to talk with residents over mince pies and refreshments.
Resident Joy Longmore, 81, said: “I thought it was excellent, they were very well behaved and the singing was lovely, it got us all into the Christmas spirit."
