AN OFF-road 4x4 car has been stolen from a driveway at a home in Wolverley.
The black Land Rover Defender, registration number VO04 AYH, was taken from the front drive outside an address in Sebright Road between 11pm last Friday, January 3 and 7am last Saturday, January 4.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said the vehicle contained a large number of tools and machinery, including garden tools worth about £1,200. Among those were a Stihl garden leaf blower worth £250, a Stihl chainsaw worth £300 and a hedge cutter worth £300.
The car also contained a brown leather wallet with cards and a quantity of cash, binoculars worth £100 and a variety of keys.
Cops have carried out door to door enquiries on the street.
The spokesman added: "We are looking for anyone with information, in particular residents who may have seen anything, including any unusual vehicles parked outside the address there or any suspicious activity in the area in the period leading up to the incident."
