STOURPORT-based Thomas Vale Construction will represent Greater Birmingham at the world’s largest real estate show.
Taking place in Cannes in France from March 11 to 14, MIPIM 2014 welcomes more than 2,000 exhibitors and 20,000 participants from 80 countries, ranging from investors to chief executives and journalists.
In partnership with Innovation Birmingham, Thomas Vale will be showcasing its flagship scheme, Digital Plaza, due to begin on site in March.
The Thomas Vale team will aim to raise awareness and occupier interest for phases two and three of the development, at Birmingham Science Park Aston.
The science park’s Entrepreneurs for the Future incubation facility, launched two and a half years ago, has already created 58 new companies, with 111 employees and directors.
Tony Hyde, chairman of Thomas Vale, said: "Birmingham and its surrounding counties have a future full of great developments, some of which are ready for imminent launch. Thomas Vale look forward to attending MIPIM to help create a business centre for our region’s future.”
