TV presenter Noel Edmonds visited the Severn Valley Railway for a unique railway experience.
The Deal or No Deal presenter and his friend Geoff Dunford enjoyed the railway's Footplate Experiences, which allows visitors to drive and fire steam locomotive Erlestoke Manor for 44 miles.
Mr Edmonds steamed through Bewdley, viewed the flooded River Severn and enjoyed a sit down lunch in Kidderminster.
At the end of the day, the pair each received presentation packs including Footplate Experience goodies.
Mr Edmonds said: “We’ve had an absolutely brilliant day on the Severn Valley Railway today. The Footplate Experience really is a fantastic once-in-a-lifetime activity and the volunteers at the railway are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable which made the experience all that much better.
“The scenery along the Railway is breathtaking, I would definitely recommend a visit.”
