PLACES are still available for runners and walkers to sign up to the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) Wyre Forest Trail Run on Sunday.
The event, which is now in its eighth year, sets off from Wyre Forest Visitor Centre and offers participants a choice of running or walking either a 5km or 10km route through the forest.
Across Wyre Forest, more than 12,000 people are living with heart and circulatory disease.
The BHF is looking to raise £30,000 from the event to help continue to fund its lifesaving research into the disease.
The Wyre Forest Trail Run costs £12 for adults and £5 for children and participants can also sign up on the day.
For more information, call 0845 130 8663, email events@bhf.org.uk or visit bhf.org.uk/wyre.
