GREEN-fingered residents can learn about growing their own food at a centre near Stourport.
The Friends of Bishops Wood are inviting people to the event on Sunday, March 23 from 11am until 3pm.
There will be talks, displays, demonstrations and hands-on activities, as well as advice for gardeners on organic gardening, keeping poultry and bee-keeping.
John Rhymer, Friends of Bishop Wood representative, said: “There will be plenty for youngsters to do, including a gardeners’ trail, playing a game of ‘Ve - gopoly’ and seeing ducklings hatch out.
“There will also be hot and cold drinks, cakes, pork rolls from local free-range pigs and veggie alternatives.
