HUNDREDS of Wyre Forest pupils will miss out on school tomorrow as teachers go on strike in a dispute over pensions, pay and working conditions.
Schools are set to be closed or partially closed because of the national action organised by the National Union of Teachers (NUT).
Teachers will join rallies against excessive workload and bureaucracy, performance related pay and unfair pension changes.
Chaddesley Corbett Endowed Primary School will be shut to all pupils tomorrow.
Its website said: "Due to industrial action by some members of staff the school has been closed to pupils. Apologies for any inconvenience caused."
Meanwhile, the language unit will be closed all day at Burlish Park Primary School.
King Charles I School & Sixth Form Centre will be shut to years seven, eight and nine and Offmore Primary School will be closed to pupils in 1DH.
The Starlings class at Upper Arley CE Primary School is set to be closed, while years seven and nine will miss out on lessons at Wyre Forest School.
