Two children rescued from Kidderminster wood
TWO children who had become stuck in the mud in a Kidderminster wood had to be rescued by firefighters.
A group of children were playing near a stream in Comberton Woods, near Borrington Road, when a young girl became stuck after trying to pull a young boy out of the mud at 6.08pm yesterday.
A fire crew from Kidderminster attended the scene and helped to rescue the children, who were stuck up to the top of their wellington boots.
