CARPET-maker Brintons has turned its attention to the designers of tomorrow.
Franche Community School in Kidderminster approached Brintons to provide carpet for its reception area and offices.
After receiving designs from pupils, four winners were selected. They were Tara Field, Poppy Britton-Gray, Josh Hughes and Thomas Schofield, whose designs were merged in to one larger design.
Ian Barton, commercial business manager at Brintons and Val Weddell Hall, headteacher, thought it would be a good idea to encourage the pupils creatively by asking them to produce a design for the new carpet.
During a special assembly held in October, Mr Barton gave a presentation on how carpet was created before introducing the children to the competition.
