A MOTORCYCLE dealership is revving up for an event which will boost the Midlands Air Ambulance.

Motorcycle Mart is holding a family fun day at its Kidderminster premises on Saturday. Attractions will include a bouncy castle, DJ and and refreshments.

British Superbike competitor, Tommy Bridewell, will be on hand to speak to visitors about his experiences and answer biking questions. There will be a display of classic bikes from Bromsgrove Motorcycle Club, as well as accompanied demonstrator rides from the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists. The Yamaha Thunder Truck will be on display.

A raffle raising funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance includes prizes of British Superbike and World Superbike tickets, as well as gloves, helmets, tyres and boots.

“We’re hoping to raise plenty of money for the air ambulance and to have great fun in the process,” said Steve Mavroidi, general sales manager at Motorcycle Mart.

The open day will be held at the business's Stourport Road showroom in Kidderminster between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
