PEOPLE with diabetes will have the chance to put their questions to a panel of experts.

The open forum event, organised by the Wyre Forest branch of Diabetes UK, will take place on Wednesday. Those attending should arrive at the education room, Kidderminster Hospital, Bewdley Road, at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

People will also be able to ask questions about the type of care those with diabetes will receive from the NHS in the future.

The session will be chaired by Wyre Forest diabetes champion Fred Holland and guests will include Peter Shorrick of Diabetes UK West Midlands, consultant Dr Paul Newrick and diabetes specialist nurses Jadwiga Borns and Lyn GIlbert.
