WORCESTERSHIRE residents have until Friday to have their say on local services before the latest Viewpoint Survey closes.

Worcestershire Viewpoint is the Citizens' Panel partnership for Worcestershire County Council, district councils, local clinical commissioning groups (CCG), Healthwatch Worcestershire and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.

It carries out a survey each year, with the results intended to help understand views of the local area and its services.

Topics for the latest survey are quality of life in the local area and satisfaction with local public services and health in Worcestershire. Whether people are satisfied or dissatisfied with their local services, Viewpoint is an opportunity not only to have a say but to become more involved in decisions that affect the local area.

To access the survey, visit worcestershire.gov.uk/viewpoint, where people can register to join the Viewpoint panel. If people do not have internet access at home, they can visit any Worcestershire County Council library or Worcestershire Hub customer centre to access the online survey.

The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete with tick box answers, with the opportunity to expand with ideas, opinions and suggestions.

Responses will be used to inform future decision-making about what services are provided and how.
